Welcome Pilots!

We on the Big Bash Balloon Committee wish to extend to you an invitation to join us for the 2009 Big Bend Balloon Bash!

You are cordially invited to participate in the 14th Annual Big Bend Balloon Bash to be held September 4, 6 and 7, 2009 in Alpine, Texas. If you are a prior participant, you may have your entry fee rolled over from 2008.  Email us if you are not sure.

This year’s event is limited to fifteen (15) balloons on a first-received entry basis. Deadline for entry is June 15, 2009. Each pilot will receive one (1) hotel room for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, plus propane (show up full and leave full), show-up money (if you fly all 3 days, weather permitting).

Please print out, complete and mail the attached paperwork, a photocopy of your license, and a statement from your insurance carrier as soon as possible. You may also complete the forms online. Submit a photo of the balloon, if you have changed balloons this year. You can email your balloon photo, if you wish.
