Registration Fee $40. (Make check payable to B.B.B.B.) If you rolled over your 2009 Registration Fee to 2010, then you do not have to send a Registration Fee. Contact us if you have any questions.

I agree to have in force adequate insurance against property damage and bodily injury while operating a hot air balloon in the 2010 Big Bend Balloon Bash. I further understand that while the Big Bend Balloon Bash has taken extraordinary steps to assure my safety, balloon flight and associated activities may pose a larger than normal hazard to myself and my equipment. I will not hold the aforementioned party responsible for any accident.

I further agree that as pilot in command of a hot air balloon participating in the 2010 Big Bend Balloon Bash, I will be solely responsible for adherence to Federal Aviation Regulations for my pilot certification, airworthiness and safe operation of my aircraft. I understand that no flights are mandatory and are made at my option.

 CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. The participant agrees to cooperate fully with the event organizers with respect to the public relations aspects of the event, including interviews, press coverage, filming, safety regulations and all rules, regulations, and judgment of the rally organizers.
    
2. Balloons are expected to carry basket banners and pilots will make every effort to take reasonable care of same until they are returned to the event organizing committee.
    
3. Rooms will be provided at area hotels chosen by the rally organizers. Rooms will be reserved in the listed pilot’s name on the entry form on a first come first serve basis upon receipt of completed forms and deposit. Only one room per registered balloon.
    
4. Balloons will carry two passengers designated by the sponsor on each of the assigned flying days of the rally. These rides should be given before any crew rides are given.
