16 Colorful Balloons came to strut their stuff in Alpine over this year’s Labor Day Weekend. In spite of the surrounding ranches being too wet for the balloons to land, crowds were entertained by free tether rides on Saturday. The wet weather on Sunday and Monday did not diminish spirits and the crews, pilots, and sponsors seemed to have enjoyed the event — this our 11th Year.
